• All input addresses submitted to Change-of-Address NCOA^Link software must be CASS processed and DPV confirmed complete with ZIP + 4^® and mail automation bar-code.
• NCOA^Link software reduces undeliverable as addressed mail matching each name and address against the USPS Change-of-Address data returning the new address as well as the old (original) address information.

• CASS address correction is a process of address matching and address verification against current USPS^® address data. Mail*STAR has been USPS CASS Certified™ since January 1996.
• The DPV service determines if the CASS processed address is identified as a Postal Service™ delivery point and detects vacancies and other addressing issues that may hinder delivery. Mail*DPV has been USPS CASS Certified™ since 2003.

eLOT^®

• The LACS^Link process is used to convert Rural addresses (RR/HC) and irrational addresses to city-style addresses to provide the emergency service a locatable city street address. LACS^Link® processing also includes existing city-style addresses that have been renamed and renumbered.

high-rise default records as a result of CASS processing.

Foreign Processing

The USPS^®recognizes that foreign entities need to update mailing lists via the NCOA^Link Process. Foreign processing must be granted prior USPS approval. Completed NCOA^Link PAF (Processing Acknowledgement Form)
Letter of intent including USPS Permit Number and the ZIP Code™ entry point on company letterhead with the List Owner’s contact information.

EZ24 charges a one time $50.00 processing fee upon approval.
