Getting Started Overview

EZ24x7 Help & Instant Hint Messages

Every screen has a question mark, "?", icon that gives you a quick hint of what to do next.

The [F1] key provides context sensitive tutorial help.

Use the "Help" menu from EZ24x7’s main window for extensive help resources.

"File" menu "Site Setup" – Controls You Need to Know

First time install, took you over two hurdles quickly. The most important was USPS® required PAF registration.

But just before that, was the USPS "Entry Point" requirement – just one item of several found in "Site Setup".

"Site Setup" controls will be of interest to you very soon making a quick scan of what is there a good idea.

File Description

Once created, the file description is saved for reuse with any address list having the same layout.

The [F1] key provides tutorial help when describing an input file for EZ24x7 address service.

Universal Output Format

USPS® strict NCOALink® requirements made us choose a universal CSV output format.

By default, your input file data is appended to the universal output record resulting from the service.

Use the "Help" menu and select "Service File Format" for a complete description.

Authorized Payment

AES system's software licensees are given credits and will not see payment authorization while credits remain.

Users without credits are 'pay-as-you-go' customers requiring payment authorization for address service.
