List Tab Serviced List

EZ24x7 "Lists" Tab

Mail preparation and USPS reports require selection of a serviced address list.

The ‘Lists’ tab exists solely for the purpose of selecting a serviced address list.

Once selected, the ‘Lists’ tab name changes to the service order number and the ‘Preparation’ tab become visible.

Hints are provided at the top of the screen. The question mark, "?", icon displays a hint message and [F1] will open this page.

If a list is preceded by "n/a", it is not available because the list was serviced on another computer. To make the list available:

o Note the order ID.

o Copy the directory "C:\AES\EZ_out\OID", where "OID" is the order ID, from the PC where the list was serviced.

o Paste the directory into "C:\AES\EZ_out" on the local machine.

If a list is preceded by "dd", the list has been “de-duped” removing duplicate names and addresses.

EZ24x7PLUS

Address lists processed in “CSV” mode are not loaded into tables and are therefore available on your computer only.  Sharing address list data is possible loading the CSV data into a MySQL table.

From the “Lists” tab visible in “CSV” mode, click the address list to select it.  Right-click of the selected address list will tell you which MySQL table or open a window allowing you to create a MySQL table.

When configured to support MySQL tables…

·         “Lists” tab is only available in “CSV” mode.

·         “SQL” tab is only available in ”SQL” mode.

Switching Between “CSV” and “SQL” modes

The mode indicator displays “CSV” or “SQL” in the upper right corner of the main EZ24x7PLUS window. When you need to change modes…

1.     Click the mode indicator.

2.     Change the checkbox just below the “?” icon.

3.     Click “Exit”.
